Quick Happiness Tips

Image
Hello Fam💞, Even while we often ever hear individuals say, "My happiness matters, my happiness matters," sometimes they manage to assign importance to insignificant things in an effort to find happiness, only to experience unhappiness, resentment, and even depression as a result. We can all agree that happiness is something that can be given to you by you. So, here are a few brief suggestions for achieving happiness. 1.       Disregard what people say about you. Since they care too much about what other people think and say about them, most people tend to limit themselves in life as a result. If no one is talking about you, you are doing everything wrong, as my dad would always say. Instead of worrying about all of that, concentrate on what you desire and make things happen. 2.    Create  your own bliss. I constantly remind myself to try to create happiness wherever I am since that will eventually become a part of my memo...

Broccoli, apple, and egg yolk purée for babies.

Image
For newborns, broccoli is an extremely healthful vegetable. known to be calcium-rich, which promotes the growth of infants. On the other hand, because the egg yolk, in particular, contains up to 250 milligrams of choline, eggs are a very important nutrient that your kid needs. This promotes regular cell activity. Choline also aids in the correct functioning of the liver and assists in the transportation of nutrients to other parts of the body. It is impossible to overstate the significance of eggs for a baby. Beginning at 6 months of age, doctors always advise giving your infant an egg yolk. As important as the yolk has been described my little girl struggles to eat it so I decided to include this in the purée. Even if she doesn't know that, She still takes it without being prodded. Additionally, potatoes, which are well-known for being an excellent source of energy and having amazing nutrients like folate, zinc, Vitamin B6, and iron, are other crucial elements for a developing inf...

10 tips on how to have a healthy relationship.

Image
Hello folks☺, We occasionally lose ties in life, whether they involve friends, family, or courtships. And while some losses are painful, some are unavoidable. I've lost both excellent and poor relationships throughout the years, and some of them even temporarily made me sad. Here are some strategies for maintaining a solid bond with the "ship" so it doesn't fall overboard! Be truthful. Honesty is a quality that most people lack, and it's been said that lying calls for many additional lies to be said in order to cover it up. Some individuals even use the term "fib" to sound more creative. A lie is a lie, regardless of how well-polished it is, the truth is, Most people find this repulsive, and it destroys trust. Simply state the facts. It is preferable to feel betrayed just once than to feel harmed repeatedly. Communicate effectively. I frequently advise overcommunicating rather than under communicating. Every relationship has to have good communication. A...

Stay optimistic!

Image
Hey, cupcakes💞 Good morning and happy Monday!, I hope you enjoyed your weekend. Although it was extremely busy for me(Need I remind you, Premier League has started!☺)however, I didn't find it to be bad at all. I needed to tighten some loose bolts😁😋. MONDAYS!, Mostly, I typically wake up feeling really exhausted and hoping that I could stay in bed. Then I recall a quote by Oprah Winfrey that read, "You can have it all. Not all at once!" that inspires me to get going and finish the task! I'm saying this to you this morning to go out and be optimistic, do good deeds, be nice to your neighbors, and always try to say positive things to everyone around you because we attract what we are.  Have a lovely week ahead. 💪🙌

Time to have a conversation with the strong ones!

Image
Hello folks💝, I sincerely hope you are enjoying your week, it's Thursday😏, hang in there, I see Friyay!🙋 A friend from about nine years ago called me last week. Even though we had a lot to catch up on, by the end of the call, I was feeling quite sad. We talked about a lot of things that had happened in our lives, even though I was glad we had reconnected after a long absence. She was this "I've got it all under control" kind of girl. I felt bad that I wasn't there to participate in her joy when it happened and to provide a sympathetic ear when she needed it. There was, in my opinion, a feeling of reciprocity. It is crucial we value p eople in our lives, especially if they are the genuine kind. The question is when last did you speak to that strong/well-organized buddy/sister or brother?  you see those strong ones? Omo, give it to them o, as they have "a lot"(in-house joke) going on. So why don't you check on them, even if it's only to ask the...

Apple and carrot purée for babies.

Image
Hello Mums🥰, When I first arrived to the UAE a few years ago, I recall how difficult it was for me to find the kind of cereal my daugther was eating.😒 I was having a casual conversation with a friend when she inquired about the brand of cereal she was on. She then suggested that I simply purée rice because it was an ingredient of her usual cereal. It lingered! I called a pediatrician, who confirmed that since most counter meals are overly processed, it is ideal for toddlers to be fed with natural meals after six months of birth instead of those from the counter. I started creating purée as a result. when  I had my second child, I did not bother with much cereal (though I tried some and it affected her poo). I always combine different fresh fruits and vegetables and make her a nutritious meal. I often feed my kids wholesome fruits of various kinds. I blend the toddler's fruits into a smoothie, and I prepare and purée the majority of the baby's fruits. I will be sharing one of ...

Tales often told about women.

Image
Hey Lovies,💓 We frequently hear tales of women or ladies who got married and neglected their own needs. Usually, we automatically leap to the conclusion that she became less beautiful to her husband because "oh she became too comfy or perhaps started eating too much."😕 Actually, in my perspective, those are correct sentences to some extent. However, in the instances where it has actually occurred, don't we believe there is a reason why this occurs?  She takes care of her own, which is a terrific quality in a woman. If given the chance, the majority of women would go above and above to make sure their house is a secure place to live. The husband and child(ren) are usually taken care of first, and they frequently neglect their own needs in the process. Even though the husband is older (In most cases), there have been instances where he appears much younger than the wife. Give a woman a house, and she will make it into a home, according to an old proverb. The precise mean...

Few tips on how to engage the kids during summer holidays.

Image
Hi Cupcakes💓.  We have been enjoying the holiday for weeks here in the UAE. for 2 entire weeks! I mean, if my kid is not causing a mess in the house, watching TV, or giving me a reason to overuse the word "DO NOT," it has been really challenging for me to control her. However, the holiday has just started for other people in other parts of the world. I've been experimenting with a few ideas to keep the kids occupied, and so far I've been successful! Do you have comparable circumstances at home? Here are some of the things I have already done with them and some of the things I still intend to accomplish. To my greatest surprise, she came up with some amazing suggestions when I sat down with her and asked her what she would like to do that was fun. 1. The zoo is on the list of things to do because she wanted to go there. I consider this to be educative and enjoyable for her as well. 2. She usually goes to the parks with her friends when I take her. She actually benefit...
